Refund And Returns Policy

Merch Pirate adheres to customers rights to refunds and returns under Australian consumer law which covers faulty products with a proof of purchase such as a receipt.  This does not cover if you change your mind or if the product has been subject to damage after the purchase has been made.

Merch Pirate is not required to cover the cost of shipping for returned goods.

A product I have ordered is out of stock. When will it be available to order?

There are times when our products are in very high demand, this can lead to the product selling out before your order is placed.  Please send us a message and we can either arrange a refund or let you know when this product will be available again.



What is the cost of postage?

Postage is at the standard flat rate, this will be calculated automatically when purchasing.


How long will my order take to arrive?

Orders will be posted once the funds have been cleared which can take from 1-5 business days depending on your payment method.  Postage is usually 2-3 business days once posted, sometimes 7 days if there are delays.  You will be given a tracking number to keep you informed on the arrival date of the product.


What can I do to make my order arrive fast?

Payments through credit card and PayPal when not using bank account (e-cheque) are instant. Using express post if you are in a Australia Post express zone will also help your order arrive faster.
