Merch Pirate adheres to customers rights to refunds and returns under Australian consumer law which covers faulty products with a proof of purchase such as a receipt. This does not cover if you change your mind or if the product has been subject to damage after the purchase has been made.
Merch Pirate is not required to cover the cost of shipping for returned goods.
Standard Australian shipping is 3-5 business days, express shipping is 1-3 business days. Shipping is free for all orders over $100. Orders before 12pm AEST will be sent the following business day. Orders are made with Australia post, Australia post recommends allowing 3-5 business days beyond the timeframe provided. Australia Post will investigate after 10 business days if the product has not been delivered.
Merch Pirate does not keep any information unnecessarily, when signing up for promotions or subscriptions information is required to identify the customer and use emails or phone numbers to keep you up to date with any promotions or offers. You can choose to opt out of your subscription. Merch pirate has the right to change the policy anytime. There are times when our products are in very high demand, this can lead to the product selling out before your order is placed. Please send us a message and we can either arrange a refund or let you know when this product will be available again.
Postage is at the standard flat rate, this will be calculated automatically when purchasing.
Orders will be posted once the funds have been cleared which can take from 1-5 business days depending on your payment method. Postage is usually 2-3 business days once posted, sometimes 7 days if there are delays. You will be given a tracking number to keep you informed on the arrival date of the product.
Payments through credit card and PayPal when not using bank account (e-cheque) are instant. Using express post if you are in a Australia Post express zone will also help your order arrive faster.
